Steve Artigas lives and sails in Rhode Island. He does not race and has
made some alterations for the good life of sailing; lifelines, a smaller
mainsail which allows greater headroom and a roller furling. Steve does
not have email, however does have a phone which I will ask permission to
publish. He is a great source of information and shares it with ease.
